• Dated Nov. 12, 1771. Sworn, written testimony that Foster in June 1768 refused to sell old house in Andover to James Turner and Casar as Foster "would have nothing to do with Casar." Samuel Taylor approached him and Foster agreed to sell the house to Taylor.
